This is even better than my suggestion, since the words are right there in the text. Incredibly, immediately useful. Everyone must like this.
Having the text in original, non-sandhi (always a problem for me), interlineated, and then translated, is another innovation that works. How long did this lesson take you to prepare?
To save space, my programmatic work could combine the first two with some html that gives you the non-sandhi version as a hover-over, still preserving the learning experience (advanced learners will not use the hover-over, beginners will).
Similarly, in the interlineated version, I would add links around the words that would lead to the dictionary/morph information.
Thus there would only be three sections: original text with sandhi hover-overs, your interlineated section with links, and the finished translation.
Moreover, there would be some formatting advantages that the links in the interlinear section would bring, viz:

Thanks, Pradyumn, for your awesome work. I prefer this alternative version. The headings like inter linear, natural translation, etc. make it easy to use, you can choose whatever you need for your learning process and skip what you don´t.
I found this method to be better than the first method. However, in this version, the inter-linear translation is only in English and not in Hindi, while the other version appeared aimed at both with proficiency in Hindi and English.
I think it would be hugely distracting and off-putting if you start discussing Sandhis right away. That way too, the alternative method is better as the version without sandhis automatically draws your attention to the fact that some words change their form when written together and generates a curiosity. I think creating this curiosity is essential before you get into the rules of sandhis. Even someone like me, with some knowledge of sandhis, found the explanation of the sandhis to be a bit boring and difficult to comprehend.
